The Warehouse Manager - Operations (B2C) will oversee the daily operations of a warehouse specifically handling direct-to-consumer distribution within our Fulfilment & Logistics Operations Execution function. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless order fulfillment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and driving efficient warehouse operations, all while meeting customer satisfaction goals and strictly adhering to safety and compliance standards. This management position involves leading a team with full employee lifecycle responsibilities, including hiring, coaching, performance appraisals, and developing talent for future assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management:Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Implement and optimize processes to consistently meet daily order fulfillment goals and operational efficiency targets.
• Inventory Control:Maintain accurate inventory records through rigorous regular cycle counts and comprehensive audits.
• Collaborate closely with procurement and sales teams to accurately forecast demand and strategically manage stock levels, minimizing discrepancies.
• Team Leadership:Supervise, train, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff, including pickers, packers, and inventory personnel, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Manage and optimize shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing for all operational periods, including peak times.
• Technology Utilization:Leverage and optimize the use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other inventory software to efficiently track inventory and orders.
• Ensure all staff are thoroughly trained on the WMS and other relevant technology tools to maximize their effectiveness.
• Customer Experience:Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on time to maintain and enhance high customer satisfaction scores.
• Promptly address and resolve any order discrepancies or customer-reported issues, upholding service excellence.
• Safety and Compliance:Enforce strict adherence to all company safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the warehouse fully complies with all local and federal labor, health, and environmental laws.
• Reporting and KPIs:Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as order accuracy, delivery speed, and inventory turnover rates.
• Utilize data insights to identify areas for continuous improvement and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Proven experience of 10+ years managing a B2C or e-commerce warehouse operation.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with WMS and other inventory management software.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and effective problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Communication: Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
