Warehouse Manager- Ecommerce

The Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehouse operations for an e-commerce business, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and smooth B2C operations. The role involves managing warehouse staff, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure smooth B2C order fulfillment and timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and implement stock control measures.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare regular reports for management.

Candidate Profile

• 8–13 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in an e-commerce or B2C environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics.
• Ability to lead and motivate a large team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and B2C order processing.
