Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Finished Goods Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory of finished goods by size, finish, shade, grade (Premium / Standard / Commercial), and batch.
• Ensure correct palletization, stacking, and storage to prevent breakage.
• Follow FIFO for finished goods dispatch.
• Plan and execute picking, packing, and loading based on sales orders.
• Ensure correct labeling, order-wise segregation, and documentation.

Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate daily dispatch schedules with Sales and Production Planning teams.
• Coordinate with transporters, fleet operators, and freight forwarders.
• Schedule vehicle placements and track dispatch movements.
• Resolve transit issues, shortages, and delivery delays.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents, including invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, E-Way Bills, and export documents.

Compliance & Quality Management

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, SOPs, safety regulations, and statutory norms.
• Conduct pre-dispatch quality checks in coordination with QA teams.
• Ensure safe material handling practices and warehouse safety.
• Minimize customer complaints due to damage or wrong dispatch.

Reporting & Staff Supervision

• Prepare daily dispatch reports, warehouse stock summaries, and SCM MIS reports.
• Supervise warehouse staff and loaders.
• Drive continuous improvement in dispatch accuracy, turnaround time, and logistics cost.
