Job Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for US healthcare clients
• Sourcing candidates (RN, LPN, CNA & Allied Healthcare professionals)
• Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
• Maintaining candidate database and tracking recruitment status
• Building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 years of experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in night shifts (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
• Basic knowledge of recruitment is an added advantage
