WAF Cloudflare Engineer (L3)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage WAF security policies, focusing on Cloudflare for web application protection.
• Continuously refine WAF rules and policies, standardize operational practices, and maintain detailed documentation.
• Provide L3 level support, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues.
• Use Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) to automate provisioning and configuration management.
• Analyze web traffic patterns and security logs to identify and mitigate potential threats.
• Collaborate with application teams to ensure WAF policies align with security standards and best practices.
• Conduct security assessments and audits of web applications and prepare performance/security reports.
• Monitor web traffic and application performance continuously, adjusting policies to address emerging threats.
