VP - Projects

Responsibilities:

• Controller of the entire projects from inception to delivery.
• Take control of interior fit out projects.
• Must be able to prove delivery of projects on time and within budget with zero rectification works.
• Ability to plan and understand project planning and deliver projects.
• Must be able to prove ability to manage all sub contractors to deliver the right quality first time.
• Must be able to take decisions and lead the project.
• Commercially aware.
• Willingness to travel as work will be PAN India.
• Knowledge of MS Project/ Auto Cad useful but not essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Able to produce weekly reports for Senior Managers.

• Excellent interpersonal, analytical negotiation skills with proven track record of spearheading numerous cost innovation projects during the career span
• Strong people development and management skills
• Excellent orator and ability to manage risk at work
• Proven leadership ability of growing team from scratch
• Must be a Team player but able to work on own initiative.
• A good problem solver.

Desired Education

• Postgraduate/Graduate Qualifications in Civil Engineering or other related fields from an institute of repute.
• Deep domain expertise in Projects Execution
• 15+ Years of experience

Working Conditions :

• Location : May require travel to various logistics hubs, warehouses, or regional offices
