- Managed annual marketing budgets of 50-100 Cr+
- Strong track record of linking creative efforts to business results
- Experience in dynamic environments startups, scale-ups, or turnarounds
- MBA preferred, but grit, humility, and execution matter more
- Based in or open to relocating to Mumbai
