Compensation & Benefits

  • CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA
  • Take-Home Salary: 36,000/month
  • Performance Incentives: Up to 9,000/month (based on performance)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 6 months of international voice experience (mandatory)
  • Excellent spoken English communication skills
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
  • Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge preferred
