  • Good communication skills in Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Basic knowledge of computer operations and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
