Job Description

*Job Overview:

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused professionals for an international voice support role. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

This role requires excellent communication skills, presence of mind, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

*Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

Address customer queries, complaints, and service requests effectively

Provide accurate information and ensure first-call resolution wherever possible

Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions

Follow company guidelines and quality standards during calls

Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required

Maintain confidentiality and data security standards

Achieve individual and team performance targets

*Eligibility Criteria:

HSC (12th Pass) with minimum 6 months of experience in voice/customer service

OR

Graduate (Any stream) with minimum 6 months of experience

Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)

Strong listening and problem-solving skills

Basic computer knowledge

*Shift Details:

24/7 rotational shifts (including night shifts)

5 working days per week

Any 2 rotational week-offs

Desired Candidate Profile:

Confident and customer-oriented personality

Ability to handle pressure and multitask

Immediate joiners preferred

Flexible with rotational shifts

*Compensation & Benefits:

35,000 In-hand salary
