Hiring for International BPO – Voice Process

(UK / US / AUS Shift) – Healthcare Process

Location: Across Mumbai

Salary: 18,000 – 60,000 (Based on Experience & Process)

Shifts: UK / US / AUS (Rotational / Fixed Night Shift Available)

Job Role:

•Handle inbound & outbound calls for international clients

•Assist customers with queries related to healthcare services

•Appointment scheduling, insurance verification & billing support

•Maintain accurate records in CRM system

•Ensure high-quality customer service & call handling standards

Eligibility Criteria:

•HSC / Graduate (Freshers & Experienced both can apply)

•Excellent English Communication Skills

•Experience in International Voice / Healthcare Process preferred

•Comfortable with Night Shifts

Salary Structure:

•Freshers: 18k – 25k

•Experienced (International / Healthcare): 30k – 60k
