We are hiring for a Voice Process role that focuses on providing exceptional service and sales support. Roles & Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Explain products and services to premium customers over the phone.
• Sales: Handle end-to-end card sales, from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Communication: Use your average communication skills to interact with customers.
• Product Knowledge: Understand product details to effectively explain them to customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: 12th Pass and above.
• Communication: Basic English reading and understanding are required.
• Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary: ₹14,000 to ₹23,000 (In-Hand).
• Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM.
