Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Voice Process Executive in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions through calls, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing support for various inquiries.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer support.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
  • Prior experience in a voice process role is preferred but not mandatory.
