We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team in the Voice and Non Voice Process. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in customer service. You will be responsible for assisting customers through various communication channels, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer queries and support.
  • Assist customers via email and chat for non-voice processes.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Document all interactions and transactions in the database accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Basic computer skills including familiarity with MS Office and data entry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts as required.
