Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery: Conduct Voice & Accent training sessions for employees to enhance communication skills.
- Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate participants' progress, provide constructive feedback, and suggest improvement plans.
- Content Development: Prepare and update training materials, modules, and exercises to align with business requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and managers to identify training needs and address gaps.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track training effectiveness and maintain records of sessions conducted.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in an international BPO environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
