Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery: Conduct Voice & Accent training sessions for employees to enhance communication skills.
  • Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate participants' progress, provide constructive feedback, and suggest improvement plans.
  • Content Development: Prepare and update training materials, modules, and exercises to align with business requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and managers to identify training needs and address gaps.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track training effectiveness and maintain records of sessions conducted.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in an international BPO environment.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
