VnA Training Lead

We are seeking a VnA Training Lead to drive training initiatives for our Visual and Analytics teams in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training and development, with a strong focus on VnA methodologies. This role will involve creating and delivering engaging training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for VnA (Visual and Analytics) teams.
• Assess training needs and develop tailored training materials.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance team skills.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with business objectives.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to team members post-training.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in training and development, specifically in VnA or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and analytics methodologies.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop effective training strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness.
