Role Purpose

System Admin Support Services for enhancing the service quality to their business users.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install and administer VMware solutions
• Defining multiple VM on single hosts
• Support Windows and Linux OS on VMware
• Addressing all the incidents related to VM
• Work on patching and RFC
• Coordinate with other technical teams to address performance related issues
• Proactively work in alerts
• Timely closure of tickets

Technical Skills/Knowledge requirement

• Basics Windows Server System troubleshooting skills
• Monitor alerts tickets VM troubleshooting skills
• Ticketing Tools knowledge skills required
