VM Lead

Store Presentation & Visual Standards:

• Ensure all stores maintain Nikes global visual merchandising (VM) guidelines and brand aesthetics.
• Plan and execute seasonal floor sets, window displays, and in-store presentations.
• Monitor and maintain store layout, lighting, signage, and mannequins to enhance customer experience.

Merchandising Execution:

• Oversee product placement, zoning, and fixture utilization to drive sales.
• Ensure key product stories and campaigns are effectively displayed.
• Optimize stock levels on the sales floor for better product visibility and availability.

Collaboration & Training:

• Work closely with store managers, marketing teams, and category leads to align VM strategies.
• Conduct training sessions for store staff on visual merchandising principles.
• Guide and mentor thein-store VM team to maintain consistency across stores.

Customer Experience & Brand Enhancement:

• Create an immersive shopping experience by implementing engaging and interactive displays.
• Analyze customer shopping behavior and trends to refine visual merchandising strategies.
• Ensure a premium and innovative brand experience that aligns with Nikes ethos.

Data & Performance Tracking:

• Track the effectiveness of VM strategies using sales data and customer feedback.
• Make data-driven recommendations to enhance store performance and product sell-through.
• Maintain reports on visual merchandising execution, compliance, and improvements.
