Visual Designer – Studio

• Review all studio design work, including image selection, layouts, typography, and other visual elements, ensuring alignment with Art Director guidance, stakeholder feedback, and global brand standards.

• Maintain high-quality standards across all design outputs, ensuring integrity in visual hierarchy, color accuracy, typography, and retouching.

• Communicate design challenges, skill gaps, and quality issues to the Studio Team Manager to optimize studio performance.

• Collaborate with studio designers, team managers, and creative leads to clarify project requirements and design expectations.

• Manage and conduct high-volume design reviews and file inspections, ensuring accuracy and technical correctness.

• Validate and test global Art department templates for adherence to design best practices and setup guidelines.

• Provide guidance on studio layout inquiries and alternative design solutions to maintain alignment with project goals and standards.
