Vision Plus senior developer

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop, customize, and maintain Vision Plus modules, including CMS, FAS,

TRAMS, MBS, ITS, and LTS.

 Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions that meet those

needs.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and

integration of Vision Plus modules.

 Perform detailed analysis, coding, and unit testing of new functionalities.

 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Vision Plus applications.

 Create and maintain technical documentation for developed modules and

functionalities.

 Support the testing and deployment processes, ensuring that solutions are

properly tested and deployed.

 Provide technical guidance and support to other team members as needed.

 Stay updated with the latest industry trends and Vision Plus updates to ensure

optimal performance and utilization.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related

field.

 Proven experience as a Vision Plus Developer with a strong understanding of its

various modules.

 4+ years of experience on

 Profound technical & functional expertise in Vision PLUS sub systems

CMS/TRAMS/ADS/FAS and having fair understanding on other sub modules in

vision plus

 Proficiency in Mainframe programming languages/Database, Operating

Systems/Middleware & SDLC tools -

(COBOL,CICS,DB2,JCL,zOS,VSAM,MQ,EASYTRIEVE,CHANGEMAN,SPUFI,Q

MF,OPC,CA-7,ENDEAVOR).

 Overall, 10 + years of experience with mainframe technologies and

environments.

 Must have 4+ years of Vision plus application as a technical SME or senior

developer

 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a

team.

 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

 Detail-oriented with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced

environment.

Preferred Skills:

 Experience with financial services and card processing systems.

 Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

 Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to financial

services.

 Familiarity with other relevant technologies and platforms such as DB2, VSAM,

and TSO/ISPF.

Work Environment:

 This position requires to work from dedicated delivery center, Occasional on-call

support and the ability to work flexible hours to meet business needs.

 Collaboration with global teams may be necessary, requiring strong

communication and coordination skills.
