Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Provide expert guidance to clients on visa, Green Card, and other immigration documentation requirements.
- Visa Application Processing: Consult, prepare, and accurately process visa applications for LCC T&R clients, ensuring compliance with all guidelines.
- Embassy Coordination: Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers to facilitate smooth application submission and approvals.
- Client Interaction: Interview clients face-to-face or via post to assess suitability for visa applications. Handle client queries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely support.
- Form Assistance & Documentation: Assist clients in filling visa and passport forms, verify documents, and collect applications for processing.
- Data Management: Record and maintain all application data accurately, ensuring timely and error-free data entry into systems.
- Compliance & SOP Adherence: Maintain strict adherence to standard operating procedures, manuals, and internal compliance requirements.
- Feedback & Service Quality: Encourage applicants to provide feedback on services and monitor overall client experience at the application center.
- Timely Process Completion: Ensure the entire visa processing workflow is completed within the mandated turnaround time.
