Job Description
- The Visa and Immigration Consultant is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the visa and immigration service to ensure smooth and efficient processing.
- Conduct client interviews and manage visa applications both in person and via post to determine eligibility.
- Oversee the completion and timely submission of all visa and immigration documentation as per government deadlines.
- Ensure all client-provided information is accurate; review, verify, and prepare legal documents accordingly.
- Prepare fee quotations and provide required information to clients, colleagues, or authorities.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Assist clients in obtaining visas, green cards, and other essential travel or immigration documents.
- Stay updated with changes in immigration laws and take full responsibility for all immigration operations.
- Provide training to HR staff when required to enhance their understanding of immigration rules.
