Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily inbound and outbound customer calls to manage relationships and respond to inquiries.
- Provide banking product information such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, fixed deposits, and insurance.
- Actively engage with customers to cross-sell and up-sell financial products based on their needs.
- Build rapport and develop trust-based relationships with customers remotely.
- Achieve assigned targets for product sales, service quality, and customer retention.
- Handle service requests, complaints, or transaction support as per bank policy.
- Record all interactions in CRM systems and maintain accurate records.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc., etc.).
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in banking or BPO voice processes is a plus.
- Fluent in English and at least one regional language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.).
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Knowledge of basic banking terms, financial products, and customer handling.
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Sales-oriented mindset with relationship management skills.
- Good listening ability and objection-handling techniques.
- Experience using CRM or core banking systems is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes.
