Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions with basic communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English
• Provide effective and courteous support to customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Work in fixed day shift timings
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Immediate joining is required

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (HSC)
• Basic computer knowledge is essential
