What You ll Be Doing:

• Take charge of conceptualizing and executing video shoots from ideation to post-production for product launches, tutorials, events, and social-first campaigns.
• Work closely with our Marketing and Creative teams to brainstorm and storyboard compelling visual content that aligns with our brand s voice.
• Own the entire production pipeline: scripting, shooting, editing, color grading, sound design, and final delivery.
• Produce a mix of formats like Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, testimonials, product explainers, and behind-the-scenes clips.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms Instagram, YouTube, Amazon A+, Facebook, and more.
• Manage and maintain a well-organized library of video assets and ensure deadlines are always met.
• Stay tuned into the latest social media and content trends to keep our video strategy fresh and relevant.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in videography and editing, ideally in D2C, education, or kids-focused content.
• Skilled in operating professional gear DSLRs/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, stabilizers, and sound equipment.
• Mastery over tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• A sharp eye for detail when it comes to motion graphics, color grading, audio mixing, and video optimization.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and tight timelines with efficiency.
• A portfolio or showreel that shows off your creativity, versatility, and storytelling skills.
• Collaborative mindset, excellent organization, and a passion for high-quality work.
