Video Editor cum Motion Animation designer

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Collaboration & Briefing

• Take briefs from the production team to understand project requirements and creative direction
• Translate concepts into visually compelling designs and animations that align with brand identity

Animation & Motion Design

• Design and animate character and motion graphics for videos and digital platforms
• Create engaging social media post designs, GIF animations, and motion assets tailored for various platforms

Storyboarding & Planning

• Develop storyboards to visualize scenes, transitions, and visual flow of content
• Collaborate with the team to refine storytelling and scene continuity

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Review shooting scripts and raw footage to create a structured shot decision list
• Trim and assemble footage segments, ensuring narrative continuity and visual appeal
• Add music, voiceovers, dialogues, graphics, effects, and motion animations suited for social media and digital channels

Finalization & Delivery

• Produce rough cuts for feedback and finalize videos based on team/client inputs
• Ensure all outputs meet technical specifications and platform requirements

Requirements:

• Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong sense of storytelling, visual composition, and timing
• Ability to work with a variety of content formats (video, GIF, static, animated)
• Understanding of social media trends and visual content formats
• Familiarity with photography and integrating photographic elements into video content
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
