Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to set priorities and ensure operational alignment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

Operational Management

  • Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and best practices to streamline operations.
  • Monitor KRAs, KPIs, and operational metrics to make data-driven decisions.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide development opportunities.

Financial Management

  • Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
  • Analyze financial reports and operational data to identify improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Partner with finance for accurate reporting and compliance.

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
  • Develop contingency plans and risk management strategies.

Customer Focus

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality products and services.
  • Implement customer-centric processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Address customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
