Job Description
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's strategic objectives, including organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
Implement talent management programs to identify high-potential employees and facilitate career development.
Foster strong employee relations, address concerns, and ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs while ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards.
Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
Develop and maintain positive industrial relations, lead union negotiations, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Establish HR KPIs, analyze HR data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, and report to senior management.
