Key Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for both top-line (revenue) and bottom-line (profit) performance.
• Plan and budget for sales targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Monitor and manage working capital to optimize financial efficiency.
• Hold full P&L (Profit & Loss) accountability for assigned business units.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
• Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotional programs.
• Collaborate closely with business heads and top management to maintain brand consistency and support initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
