Job Description

We are seeking a VES Growth Leader for the APAC region to drive the transformation of our commercial processes. The ideal candidate will be a Change-Maker with a passion for continuous improvement and a proven track record of driving measurable business growth. Based in the Hach Malaysia office, this role requires a hands-on leader who can coach teams, champion problem-solving, and ensure the successful adoption of VES (Veralto Enterprise System) practices.

How You'll Make a Difference

  • Coach & Empower Teams: Act as a hands-on coach and trainer, guiding leaders and associates in using VES methodologies to drive process improvements.
  • Optimize Performance: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, remove roadblocks, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) in commercial growth.
  • Champion Problem-Solving: Guide teams in leveraging VES tools like Kaizen, Problem-Solving Process (PSP), and Daily Management to deliver measurable business impact.
  • Drive Innovation: Partner with the Global Marketing & Commercial Enablement team to implement best-in-class sales and marketing practices.
  • Gemba Leadership: Work on the frontlines by leading Kaizen workshops and ensuring the successful and sustained adoption of VES practices.

Essential Requirements

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience: At least 10+ years of work experience, with a proven ability to implement process improvements and drive measurable business growth.
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial Excellence.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and Marketing Automation (e.g., Marketo) platforms. Experience with Kaizen leadership, PSP, and Daily Management systems is also essential.
  • Attributes: A passion for influencing cross-functional global teams and helping them succeed together.

This role requires up to 50% travel, primarily within the Asia Pacific region.
