- Lead and manage the engineering department, providing strategic direction and support to engineering teams

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and other departments to deliver seamless tech solutions
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure software products and systems
- Promote a culture of innovation, high-quality coding standards, and continuous improvement
- Mentor engineering staff to encourage technical growth, leadership development, and knowledge sharing
- Implement and continuously refine engineering processes, ensuring efficiency and agility
