Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design & Prototyping

• Create wireframes, screen-flow diagrams, and UI specification documentation for individual applications while ensuring consistency with Mercedes-Benz Interaction Design Patterns.
• Develop interactive prototypes using standard tools and languages, considering localization, scalability, and ease of maintenance.
• Support creative collaboration and general team design activities.

Research & Strategy

• Conduct design research and define strategy, staying current with social, cultural, and technological trends.
• Apply user-centered design principles, usability theories, best practices, and methodologies.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work effectively in cross-functional teams, collaborating with engineers, designers, and product managers.
• Present design concepts and solutions with clarity to stakeholders.

Quality & Craftsmanship

• Maintain high attention to detail and pixel-perfect design execution.
• Demonstrate innovative problem-solving and design excellence.
• Maintain a design portfolio showcasing relevant work and achievements.
