Vehicle Functions Android Developer

Responsibilities:

Application Development

• Design and develop Android applications using Kotlin and Android SDK.
• Implement and optimize features across the Android framework and Vehicle HAL (VHAL) layer.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to application performance and system integration.
• Maintain code quality through best practices, unit testing, and documentation.
• Stay updated with Android trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

System Integration

• Work with Android framework internals and system services.
• Ensure seamless integration with automotive systems via VHAL layer.

Collaboration and Agile Practices

• Participate in team discussions and Agile ceremonies.
• Contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
