Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Ability to configure in Veeva Vault Medcomms and Promomats Vault
• Ability to provide the technical solution on time after understanding the complexity of the problem.
• Should be able to identify document flows in/between business processes, and be able to provide new solutions for the optimization of document flows.
• Experience in gathering customer requirements and writing functional and technical design documentation
• Should be able to create, configure, and document solutions under minimal supervision.
