Job Description
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, workstations, and other computer systems
- Monitoring and analyzing system performance to identify and resolve problems
- Performing regular backups and disaster recovery operations
- Maintaining security systems, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems
- Managing user accounts and access rights to systems and data
- Keeping software up-to-date and ensuring licenses are in compliance
