Role- VDI Support

Description

We are seeking a skilled VDI Support professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and supporting VDI environments, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
• Monitor and maintain VDI performance and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve VDI-related issues for end-users.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement VDI solutions and upgrades.
• Document technical processes and create user guides for VDI systems.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in VDI support or related IT support roles.
• Strong knowledge of VDI technologies such as VMware Horizon, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, or Microsoft Remote Desktop Services.
• Proficient in Windows operating systems and Active Directory.
• Experience with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
