Job Summary

• Responsible for tasks, such as designing, installing, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting voice communication systems.
• Hands on experience in Video conferencing gateways such as Poly, Cisco, Webex, zoom, Teams Gateway, Blue Jean Gateway.
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting experience in Video conferencing devices such as Polycom, Cisco, Avaya etc.
• VC Wallpaper/Firmware upgradation, Periodic maintenance and appropriate naming conventions across all locations.
• Configuration and troubleshooting of SIP Trunking, NTP, Natting, VC Layout, PBX Server Installation, and testing.
• SOP & KB creation for Video Conferencing devices and gateways
