UX Specalist

Lead UX strategy and research initiatives across multiple projects.

• Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc.) and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and visual design teams to bring concepts to life.
• Analyze user behavior and product metrics to inform design decisions and iterate on experiences.
• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and responsive design principles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, Axure, or similar.
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS/JS fundamentals (not required to code, but understand constraints).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
