UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Deliverable Ownership: Ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of all assigned UX deliverables for projects, as defined and guided by the Lead UX Designer.
• Usability Audits: Conduct comprehensive usability audits under the guidance of the Lead UX Designer, identifying areas for improvement in user experience.
• User Research: Conduct and execute various user research processes, including but not limited to user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user behavior and needs.
• Storyboarding: Develop compelling storyboards to visualize user journeys and interactions with products or services.
• User Flow Design: Create efficient and intuitive user flows that map out the steps a user takes to complete tasks within a system.
• Information Architecture (IA): Design clear and logical information architecture to organize content and functionality, ensuring users can easily find what they need.
• Navigation Structures: Develop effective navigation structures that are intuitive and enhance user discoverability and usability.
• Wireframing: Create detailed wireframes (low-fidelity to mid-fidelity) to outline the layout, content, and functionality of interfaces.
• Interactive Guidelines: Develop and maintain interactive guidelines to ensure consistency and usability across designs.
• Click-through Prototypes: Build interactive click-through prototypes to simulate user experiences and gather early feedback.
• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to translate user needs and business requirements into engaging user experiences.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance design quality.

Required Skills:

• Familiarity with UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
