Conduct user research, usability testing, and interviews to uncover user needs and behaviors.
Translate insights into wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Design and iterate on user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product features.
Contribute to and help evolve our design system and UX best practices.
Advocate for the user in product discussions and planning sessions.
Stay updated on UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in UX design or a related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX projects, design thinking, and problem-solving.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Familiarity with prototyping and user testing tools (e.g., InVision, Maze, UserTesting).
Understanding of HTML/CSS and design feasibility in development is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Bonus Points
Experience designing for B2B or SaaS platforms.
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
Working knowledge of Agile or Lean UX methodologies.
Passion for data-informed design decisions and analytics tools.
