Wireframing & Prototyping:
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders.
UI/UX Design:
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a simple, effective, and enjoyable user experience.
Collaborate with Teams:
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure designs align with technical constraints, business objectives, and user needs.
Usability Testing:
Plan, conduct, and analyze usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of designs, iterate based on user feedback, and improve the user experience.
Design System & Standards:
Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system, ensuring all designs follow established UI/UX standards and best practices.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and new technologies to improve design workflows and practices.
User Journey Mapping:
Create and refine user journey maps, personas, and user flows to ensure the product is designed with the user's needs and goals in mind.

8 years of experience as a UX Designer or in a related design role.
Proven experience designing web and mobile applications with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of UX methodologies, including wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and responsive design.
Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Strong communication skills to effectively present design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
