Ux And Ui Designer

We are seeking a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer to take ownership of the user experience for our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver who can translate complex requirements into engaging, simple, and intuitive user journeys. You'll be responsible for the entire design process, from initial concepts to pixel-perfect mockups, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring your designs to life.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Own the user experience end-to-end, from understanding product requirements to designing user flows and high-fidelity mockups.
• Translate client and business requirements into engaging and simple user journeys.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Design pixel-perfect UI for web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams to implement designs that are both feasible and high-quality.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into designs.
• Ensure designs are responsive, inclusive, and optimized for performance.
• Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across the platform.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Sound understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Solid grasp of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience designing for eCommerce or visually engaging platforms.
• Ability to think in terms of systems, not just screens.
• Excellent communication skills to present and explain your work to non-design stakeholders.
• Collaborative and proactive mindset to work in cross-functional teams (Product, Development, QA).
• Experience with AR/VR or digital try-on solutions is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to understand implementation feasibility is a plus.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.) to make data-informed design decisions is a plus.
