UV Plant Manager

Manage day-to-day operations of the UV coating and curing plant for plastic and glass components.

Plan and execute production schedules to meet order volumes and delivery timelines.

Optimize utilization of coating lines, curing units, machines, and manpower.

Oversee UV coating line setup, viscosity control, spray application, and curing systems.

Ensure superior surface finish, gloss, colour consistency, adhesion, and overall quality standards.

Troubleshoot defects such as pinholes, uneven coating, colour mismatch, adhesion failure, and curing issues.

Maintain dust-free and controlled working environments, enforcing 5S, GMP, and safety protocols.

Lead, train, and supervise operators, technicians, and helpers; plan shifts and monitor productivity.

Monitor chemical and consumable usage, maintain inventory, and minimize wastage.

Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance; track equipment performance logs.

Prepare reports on production, efficiency, and rejections; coordinate with QC, planning, and dispatch teams.

Support audits, customer inspections, new colour trials, coating development, and sample approvals.
