• Years of experience: 6 – 10 Years

Responsibility:

• Specialized QA Engineer (Non-Deterministic Flow Testing)

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test strategies for AI-driven conversational flows.

• Identify edge cases and ensure robustness in non-deterministic interactions.

• Develop automated test suites and frameworks for AI model validation.

• Collaborate with developers to improve AI system reliability.

Qualifications:

• Experience in testing non-deterministic systems (e.g., AI-driven chatbots).

• Strong background in automation testing and performance analysis.

• Familiarity with AI/ML testing methodologies is a plus.

• Proficiency in scripting languages for test automation.

• Client facing role, and hence they should have good communication skills.
