Required Experience

• 11-13 years of experience
• 5+ years of experience in UX design, with exposure to design systems and emerging technologies.
• Strong experience designing and shipping impactful experiences inclusive of design, strategy, and systems.
• Eye for visual design and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices.
• Highly proficient in current UI design tools (Figma preferred).
• Demonstrat able experience leveraging and evolving design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their potential applications in enhancing user experiences.
• Experience with accessibility, responsive design, and atomic design.
• Bachelors degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience required .
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions .
• Experience and interest with generative AI technologies a plus.
• Familiarity with dynamic theming and design tokens a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions and systems thinking.
