• Manage inbound calls generated through PPC campaigns. Assist US-based customers in booking car rentals by offering the best deals and rental options.

US Car Rental Expertise:

• Use your prior experience to understand customer needs, recommend suitable vehicles, and close bookings efficiently.

Customer Engagement:

• Build rapport with customers, clearly explain rental terms, insurance options, and upsell additional services like GPS, child seats, and extended coverage.

Sales Conversion:

• Convert high-intent PPC leads into successful bookings through effective communication and persuasive sales techniques.

Target Achievement:

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced sales environment.

Shift & Schedule:

• Work in US hours (night shift) with a 5-day work week for work-life balance.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in US Car Rental Sales
• Communication: Strong English communication and sales skills
• Shift: Night shift (US timings)
• Schedule: 5 days working
