US Travel Sales (PPC / Meta):

• Handle inbound leads generated via PPC and Meta campaigns. Assist US-based customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, and car rental services.

Flight Booking & Hotel Sales:

• Provide the best travel solutions using GDS or other platforms for domestic and international flights, and hotel options based on customer needs and preferences.

Car Rental Sales:

• Offer car rental services to US customers by presenting suitable vehicle options, pricing, and additional benefits. Close bookings efficiently and accurately.

Lead Handling & Conversion:

• Manage high-intent inbound leads, understand customer requirements, and convert them into confirmed bookings through effective communication and persuasive selling.

Upselling & Cross-selling:

• Recommend add-ons like travel insurance, extra baggage, seat upgrades, or premium car services to enhance customer value and increase revenue.

Shift & Schedule:

• Work during US business hours (night shift) with a stable 5-day working schedule.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in US travel sales, car rental, or related processes
• Communication: Excellent spoken English and sales communication skills
• Shift: Night shift (US time zone)
• Schedule: 5 days working
