- Handle inbound and outbound PPC and META calls related to travel sales for the US market.
- Engage potential customers, understand their travel requirements, and promote suitable travel packages.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings by providing excellent service and follow-up.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of travel destinations, offers, and policies.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth travel booking and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Stay updated with travel industry trends and competitor activities.
