Handle inbound and outbound PPC or Meta travel sales calls for US customers.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.
Ensure high customer satisfaction while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
For Quality Analyst role: monitor and evaluate calls, provide feedback to agents, and ensure adherence to process and compliance standards.
Work closely with sales teams to improve service quality and conversion rates.
